Updates on Nutrition in the Nursing Home

The latest updates on nutritional issues in the nursing home, including the assessment and treatment of health conditions experienced by residents, was presented at the Saint Louis University Learning Resources on November 22, 2014. Speakers addressed Anorexia, Weight Loss, Sarcopenia, Frailty, Caloric Supplementation and the Management of Cholesterol.
